She has over 16 years of experience teaching yoga and leads both 200 & 300HR teacher trainings in the Northern California area. Stacy leads both domestic and international retreats and specializes in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kaiut Yoga, Yogic Lifestyle Coaching, and Nutrition. Stacy has a passion for sharing the wisdom of yoga philosophy from the ancient yogic texts. She is an owner of Leap Yoga in Folsom, California and is deeply grateful to share yoga with others.
