My name is Stacy Wooster and I demystify ancient wellness practices and unfold them in ways anyone can access.
I infuse my classes and sessions with acceptance, humor and understanding while encouraging my students and clients to cultivate cheerfulness and a sense of curiosity about themselves. I have been in service to health and well-being since 2002, beginning as a licensed massage therapist, then followed with teaching yoga and a certification through IAYT. I run an apothecary and host retreats that combine yoga, herbalism and astrology. Founder, director and lead teacher of the first Registered Prenatal Yoga School in Texas, I also host national yoga teacher trainings.
