Starfire is a 200-RYT, Reiki Master, and Certified Color & Sound Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Web Design.
She first fell in love with yoga in 1996 and has experienced profound healing through mind, body, and soul, leading to her becoming a yoga teacher. Starfire trained in Hatha and Vinyasa through Zen Riot of Boise, Idaho, and has received additional training in Yin, Restorative, Ayurveda, and Celestial Communication (Kundalini moving meditation). She is passionate about aligning others with their highest self and showing them their inner Soul Shine. Starfire integrates energy healing, astrology, and sound practices into her classes to create playful and compassionate offerings of soul nourishment and transformation. With her radiant smile and gentle voice, she also brings creativity, heart-conscious guidance, and wonderment to Yoga.
