"Let the joy be in your journey, not in some distant goal" is a quote that stuck with me not only during my yoga teacher training but throughout how I live. There is joy all throughout your journey from beginning, throughout and at the end and it is about focusing on that joy rather than simply achieving the end. That is how my wellness journey came to be.
