Stefanie Maura (formerly Lipsey) is the managing director of Lumi4Life, LLC.
She facilitates workplace retreats, trainings for educators, and online courses in the areas of yoga, writing, and mindfulness. Stefanie is the founder of the Writing Yoga® method that helps people create calm, creative and compassionate workplace environments. She has facilitated staff classes in yoga and writing at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY and workshops at the Open Center in New York City. She is a continuing education provider with Nassau BOCES in New York. Stefanie is certified as a New York State K-12 School Librarian, 7-12 English Language Arts Teacher, and New York State Public Librarian. She also holds an MFA in Creative Writing, a BA in Music, and has been registered with Yoga Alliance since 2012. She has been been teaching yoga to children and adults since 2008 and practicing yoga for over 25 years.
