Her special interests are Slow Flow Vinyasa, Yin Yoga (Immersive Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be completed February 2018), adaptive classes (Inclusivity Training will be completed December 2017), and teaching yoga to beginners. Stefanie is a trained social work clinician, former special education school social worker, and currently works as a trauma counselor for survivors of sexual assault, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master.
