Stephanie started her personal yoga practice in 2006 and after 8 years of training she completed the YogaAlliance RYT-200 program through YogaFit.

During those years of study and practice she instructed yoga at Arizona State University and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She primarily practices as a physical therapist, regularly incorporating yoga-based techniques into her patients' interventions, though she never lost her love for teaching various styles of yoga classes whenever the opportunity arises. Her most recent adventure has been virtual yoga. She is currently offering classes for meditation, prenatal/postpartum yoga, and chair yoga though she hopes to expand the types of classes offered in the near future. Stephanie is also available for private instruction either virtually (due to the current state of our nation), or at your home/office once the coronavirus curve has leveled off. Although she grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago and spent 13 years in various cities across Arizona, Manhattan's UWS has won over her heart and has become her true home. Currently teaching: vinyasa, power, prenatal, postpartum, and chair yoga.
