Stephanie discovered her love of yoga in 2015.
As a former gymnast, she found comfort and strength in asana and discovered the power of quiet mindfulness and meditation. After almost 10 years of personal practice, Stephanie decided to complete her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and share her love of yoga with others. When she’s not on her mat, Stephanie teaches middle school students at a local public school district. She and her husband love to travel internationally and spoil their cocker spaniel. Stephanie plans classes for all levels that focus on strength and stability.Stephanie Barloon is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
