I discovered yoga while working for a commercial airline carrier.
I was struggling to return to my job following the horrific events of 9/11. Ultimately, I embarked on a mission to get physically fit but I also wanted to be mentally "fit". Yoga proved to be that missing piece that I had been searching for. It literally transformed my body and my spirit and I was able to return to work. After nearly a 25 year career, I was forced to retire following an injury on the job. Yoga has been there for me on every possible level I hope to help others dealing with injuries of the body and spirit experience all the benefits yoga has to offer. I am dedicated to helping students make the connection between their physical practice and their inner wisdom and spirit. I completed my 200 hr training in November 2014. I received an additional 300 hrs of training in the Universal Principles of Alignment in September 2018 with Lila Pierce Brown of Evolution Yoga School
