I bought my first yoga mat in 2001...and so my adventures with yoga began.
Over the years I've had the opportunity to attend Yoga Workshops, Retreats, and in-person and many, many online classes. I love teaching and am ready to share in-person Yoga with my hometown and beyond. Stephanie Burke is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges that completion of 200 hour yoga teacher training.
