Stephanie Harding has been a Viniyoga teacher since 2005.
She received her Viniyoga training at the American Viniyoga Institute with Gary Kraftsow and has also completed a course in Anatomy for Yoga with Leslie Kaminoff. Stephanie is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). In addition to private yoga sessions, she has been teaching classes at various locations in Westchester County, including Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, Irvington Presbyterian Church, and WESTMED (White Plains and Yonkers) and in Manhattan with Health Advocates for Older People. Since March of 2020, all class have been offered online via Zoom. She also taught a yoga for stress reduction class at Aetna Health Insurance in Hartford, CT for 5 years and has taught corporate classes at various companies. Stephanie also completed a training in trauma-informed yoga with Three and A Half Acres Yoga and actively teaches classes for that organization. Stephanie also completed a Yoga Therapy training with the American Viniyoga Institute and is a member of IAYT.
