I'm a E-RTY 500 Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master Teacher. My mission is to support you to honor & transform your emotions to authentic creative expression with yoga, reiki & other carefully curated mindfulness tools. You'll be in a safe space to connect to your breath and be in the present moment to tap into the flow state.
