Stephanie Lorin is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS I am currently enrolled in Yoga Medicines Shoulder module and have completed the Womens Health module I love working with students and growing their love and understanding of their unique yoga practice and their own body My favorite classes embody the sense of community in the studio whether restorative or a more physically demanding vinyasa flow There is simply no better feeling than participating in a yoga class with a group of people and sharing that specific piece of time reassessing our habits sensation in the body and spatial awareness breathing together and moving together.
