Stephanie Trump Johnston

I began practicing yoga over twenty years ago and found it so beneficial that I eventually earned my initial Yoga Teacher Certification at the Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta, Georgia in 2000. Since that time I have completed over 1600 hours of yoga training and certification with many schools and styles including Integral Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Phoenix Rising Yoga  and the Himalayan Institute. In addition, because of my love for personal growth, I earned a Master's degree in Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in 1996 and developed a particular interest in the relationship between psychological and yogic theories. I have been able to bring that interest to the classes I teach at the Penn State Harrisburg Campus where I am an Adjunct Professor. In 2002, I created Free Spirit Yoga in Hershey, PA and am now so grateful to be able to offer this Yoga Teacher Training Program. My intention is to provide you with a well-rounded and supportive experience where I share the knowledge I have gained from my own studies over the past 20 years as well as to bring forth the knowledge that already resides within you so that you may grow not only as a Yoga Teacher, but as a human being.
