I did my first yoga teachers training in at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in Neyyar Dam Kerala India I did advanced TTC at the above place in I did another TTC at the Yoga Institute in Houston TX in I also did several certification courses in back pain osteoporosis yoga for healthy aging etc I studied vedanta with Swami Dayananda at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam in Saylorsburg PA I have been teaching yoga from the last decades - I focus on the person more than I do on the asana.
