About

Susan Angenendt, Ph.D., E-RYT500 is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Susan employs yoga to support wellness and function as the body finds alignment. Goals are to increase comfort and improve function while empowering individuals to become more self-aware and independent in maintaining well being. Susan is constantly awed and gratified by the power of the body and mind to move forward and to achieve ever-expanding goals. She approaches yoga as a lifelong pursuit of self-fulfillment. She believes that people have a great deal of control over their well being and aging and that yoga is a powerful tool in this process. Susan holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
