I have additional training and education in kinesiology and physical therapy from F Edward Hebert Center in New Orleans. I received my first yoga and aerobic certification in 1992 from The Kenneth Cooper Institute in Dallas Tx. I currently certified to teach Inferno Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga at Sterling Hot Yoga and Wellness in Mobile Al.
