Sue Burk, M.Ed, RYT 200, is a registered yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
She took her first teacher training in 2009; and, since then has taken numerous adult yoga workshops and trainings, two of which were in India. Sue is also certified through ChildLight Education Company to teach yoga and mindfulness to children and teens. Sue's teaching style is gentle, engaging, and fun. She teaches alignment-based Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga with a goal of making yoga and mindfulness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
