In 2003 I began my yoga journey and in 2024 I graduated from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, IL.
In 2021 I completed Radiance Sutras Meditation Teacher Training. I am a Reiki Master and Teacher for humans and our beloved furry four-legged friends. I also am Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the State of Texas. I know that life's journey can be tumultuous, and I'm here to support women entrepreneurs aged 30+ who seek assistance in managing stress and over coming anxiety. I draw on my 20 years as a yoga and meditation teacher and 10 years as licensed therapist and together, we collaboratively we develop a plan for your success; achieving inner peace, enhanced well-being, and greater joy. I am committed to guiding you towards holistic well-being. My mission is to guide you into unlocking the mysteries of a content and fulfilling life by tapping into the mind-body connection. Through the transformative practices of yoga and meditation I aim to help you regain balance, uncover inner peace, and embrace your inner zen.
