SUSAN HIRSHBERG Yoga Alliance 500hr RYT® Relax & Renew® Restorative Yoga Instructor Certified Y4c® Instructor Susan was first introduced to yoga at a community college class in 1990 and instantly felt a deep connection to the poses.
Yoga strengthened her body and calmed her mind. She later studied with Judith Hanson Lasater, and discovered relaxation through restorative yoga. Susan works in the entertainment industry, and teaches a gentle stretch class in a corporate setting. She is y4c certified to teach cancer patients and survivors, and teaches at the Disney Family Cancer Center. Susan also leads guided meditation classes, and is a Reiki practitioner.
