Yoga strengthened her body and calmed her mind. She later studied with Judith Hanson Lasater, and discovered relaxation through restorative yoga. Susan works in the entertainment industry, and teaches a gentle stretch class in a corporate setting. She is y4c certified to teach cancer patients and survivors, and teaches at the Disney Family Cancer Center. Susan also leads guided meditation classes, and is a Reiki practitioner.
