After seeing the benefits of integrating yoga not only for physical wellbeing (increased strength, muscle toning, flexibility, balance), but also for the life changing aspects of increased energy, mental focus and calming of the mind she attended teacher training at Balance 30A to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT200 certified.) She believes in the ability of yoga to transform lives and likes sharing this passion with others. She enjoys teaching many types of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, hot yoga, beach yoga and meditation.
