Susan Love (500RYT) focuses on teaching classes that are challenging, yet accessible to all levels of practitioners.
Her favorite style to teach is a dynamic vinyasa flow that incorporates strength, balance, and of course the breath. She aims to create a space that focuses on fundamentals while also allowing students to explore and take their practice to a deeper level. Susan has completed the 500 hour training with YogaSource Los Gatos and has also studied with Paul Grilley, Jill Miller, Maty Ezraty, and Bryan Kest. She's been teaching at YogaSource Los Gatos since 2006. Susan has also enjoyed teaching benefit classes at The Dancing Cat in San Jose. The Dancing Cat is an amazing cat cafe that provides a beautiful space for people to meet at risk shelter cats who are available for adoption.
