About
Discover meditation and mindfulness solutions that readily fit daily life with Susan Reifer's customized programs for individuals, community groups, corporate teams, and destination conferences.
Susan's teaching practice is centered on meditation-focused offerings. After teaching both vinyasa and mindfulness in yoga studios, she shifted in 2015 to bringing meditation-centered teachings to non-yoga-school environments as an embodied commitment to taking yoga "off the mat and into the world." Practice with Susan by dropping into regularly scheduled community sessions in Whistler, BC, taking privates online, or bringing Susan's clear and practical mindfulness experiences into your business workshop or conference session in Whistler, Vancouver, or beyond. Susan has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 30 years, and has studied with a broad array of esteemed North American yoga and meditation teachers, including Annie Carpenter, Erich Schiffmann, Jasmine Lieb, Nicole Marcia, Carolyn Anne Budgell, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Oren Jay Sofer, among others. Susan is a graduate of Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW yoga teacher training program at the former Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Los Angeles, and has completed subsequent training in trauma-sensitive yoga instruction, Insight Meditation, Non-Violent Communication, Yoga Nidra, and other areas of yoga and meditation specialization.
