She is very passionate about teaching others yoga and all of it's many benefits. Frisco Yoga & Nutrition not only provides classes for all levels of yogis but also trains the trainer with 200 hour RYTT classes. Susan Thomas is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
