Susan teaches several variations of yoga including Restorative, Yin, Gentle, as well as Meditation and encourages her students to find balance, tune into their inner voice, and explore their precious path. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all people, reminding her students that yoga is a state of mind, not a measure of flexibility. She encourages her students to become self aware and inspires them to use their practice of balance and inward focus on and off the mat. She possesses sincere gratitude for her teachers, family and friends that have supported and inspired her on her own journey. She continues to educate herself so she can better serve her students. Susan currently teaches group and private sessions for people of all ages.
