And has her RYT 300 through Ashville Yoga Center. She also has a special interest in Ayurveda and has her completed Ayuruveda Yoga Specialist Training through the Himalayan Institute. Susan completed a 50 hour training through Live Your Yoga 2020 in Himalayan Kriya and a 200 hour training through Live Your Yoga in Integrated Yoga in 2023. She recently completed a 300 hour Integrated Yoga Teacher from Sattva Yoga Academy on Integrated Yoga.
