As an educator, I have worked with students for twenty years to help each one achieve his or her goals.
I earned two master's degrees and two professional certifications during my career. As a yoga teacher, I graduated in 2014 from the 200 hour Hatha Teacher Training at Yoga Yoga Studio in Austin, Texas. I then pursued further training in 2019 and 2020 in Yin Yoga, fitness and personal training, adding my 500 RYT and fitness credentials. Combining my experience as an educator with my yoga training was a natural fit, and I enjoy teaching all levels of students. I like to incorporate my knowledge of these techniques in our practice of yoga, and make yoga accessible and rewarding to all. I am also a certified Reiki Holy Fire® Master and I incorporate Reiki into my yoga practice as well as facilitate Reiki for clients. Reiki is a beautiful convergence of the mind, body and spirit that adds a new dimension to the practice of yoga. I teach locally in classes, workshops and by appointment, and always welcome new clients!
