She has been teaching since 1996. Her passion is to make yoga accessible to all people of all ages, body styles, fitness levels, faiths, and states of health. She loves to facilitate others growth, health and balance using yoga, Ayurveda and wellness coaching. Susanne completed Kripalu's advanced yoga teacher training, the IYT Professional Yoga program for working with specific populations, Integrative Restoration (iRest) Level 3. She is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda as an Ayurvedic Consultant and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and is a certified and licensed Health Coach through Wellcoaches.
