Suzanna develops and facilitates mind-body training for law enforcement officers across the country. In 2018, she created and led the yoga and mindfulness-based skills training for FBI tactical operators, bomb technicians, evidence response and leadership teams. She also instructs weekly classes for Dragonfly Yoga Studio in downtown Fredericksburg VA. She completed her YTT 200 through Jess Kahn Yoga in Fredericksburg VA and YTT 500 through Zen Den Yoga School in Boca Raton FL
