Suzy is a registered yoga teacher, completing her 200 hour teacher training at Holistic Yoga School in Fort Collins, Co.
along with a 20 hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training and a 30 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Her specialties include Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin, Guided Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. When she isn’t in the studio teaching, she is practicing yoga, attending workshops, running her online retail shop, meditating, hanging out with her 2 teen daughters, seeing live music, and enjoying the amazing Colorado outdoors. Suzy has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado. After College she worked with troubled youth until she had children of her own. She then decided she wanted to work from home and this is when her online retail shop was born. After 12 years, she continues to run her shop, while also teaching yoga and creating workshops and retreats. She has a deep desire to help others and wants everyone to live their best life. She believes that everyone can find peace through yoga and meditation as well as living intentionally. She wants to help others discover this inner peace and make the world a better place for all.
