About
Suzanne (Suzie) Pfeil began her transformative yoga journey in 2006 at the YMCA, where she discovered not only a powerful physical practice but a deep spiritual connection that reshaped her entire outlook on life.
Yoga became her compass—guiding her through every moment, every breath, every challenge. It was a practice that opened her heart and mind, revealing a new way of living and being that she’s passionate to share with others. After years of study in Nashville, TN, Suzie felt an undeniable pull to deepen her practice further. She took a leap of faith, leaving her hometown to explore the limitless depths of yoga. Her calling to teach was loud and clear. Suzie knew it was time to help others unlock this sacred practice within themselves. In July 2014, Suzie earned her RYT-200 certification at the renowned Mount Madonna Center in California, marking the beginning of her teaching journey. She soon joined the staff as a yoga teacher at Steadfast and True Yoga in Nashville, under the guidance of Gillian St. Clair. Continuing to expand her knowledge, Suzie completed her RYT-500 certification at the Asheville Yoga Center in 2020, diving even deeper into her studies. Suzie now serves as a teacher trainer, specializing in Pranayama, at Steadfast and True Yoga School, as well as teaching group and private sessions around Nashville and its surrounding areas.Grateful for the wisdom passed on to her, Suzie is dedicated to sharing the beauty of yoga with those seeking peace, balance, and personal transformation. She is truly excited to guide others on their own journey to a life filled with mindfulness, contentment, and inner joy.
