About
Suzi, a yogi by heart, lives to nurture, empower, and motivate people.
As a former Zumba, Zumba Kids and Sports Camp Instructor, Suzi has always been active. Yoga has been a part of her exercise routine on and off, but it wasn’t until her chronic pain from severe endometriosis left her unable to do any exercise for over two years, that she turned to yoga full time and her true path to yoga started. Now completely pain free and stronger than ever, Suzi is a graduate of over 500 hours Hatha/Vinyasa training (RYT500) and with experience of over 1,000 hours of teaching classes is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, (E-RYT500)) with Yoga Alliance. She specializes in Children’s Yoga (RCYT), Kundalini Prenatal Yoga (RPYT), Yin yoga (100hr) and trauma sensitive yoga. Suzi is also a Level 3 Reiki practitioner and Yoga musician. Workshops, series, group, private and even customized classes, retreats and events are available, online and in person. Suzi is excited to share all that the path of yoga has to offer and looks forward to seeing you at one of her classes! Namaste 💜🙏🏻🕉
