Sydney is an RYT- Aerial with Yoga Alliance She completed her training at CircuSoul Yoga in Sarasota FL and is excited to share her passion for Yoga with others As a child and young adult Sydney was active in Dance and Circus Arts both performing and eventually teaching She had the opportunity to perform on world stages like Madison Square Garden and perform and train with amazing entertainers like The Beach Boys and Cirque Du Soleil acrobats In her early s Sydney lost touch with this part of her life Sydney came to Yoga in and her practice restored her both mentally and physically She found Aerial Yoga at CircuSoul in early and has never looked back! She was ecstatic to find a practice that combined the fun and grace of Circus with the meditative power of Yoga Sydney is so excited to have found her way back to her passions She hopes to inspire others to continue to work towards what is important no matter how long the journey.
