My name is Sydney Kohl.
I am an RYT-200 and Reiki Master. My passion for yoga developed as part of my path into physical and emotional health. I found a deep connection to yoga that started me on an incredible spiritual and energetic path to whole body wellness. This journey has reawakened my compassion, kindness and mindfulness as I am excited to inclusively ‘share the wealth’ as they say with a spirit of joy, service and gratitude. When I'm not on my mat and exploring energy deepens her exploration of empowerment and transformational growth pursuing her interests in holistic well-being and energy healing through reiki.
