I help students reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breath, and presence—supporting balance in body, mind, and spirit.My teaching is rooted in over a decade of study and practice in yoga, meditation, pranayama, Reiki, sound healing, and integrative wellness. With a background in personal training and athletics, I bring both structure and intuition to my classes, emphasizing safe, intelligent sequencing, embodied awareness, and self-trust.Movement has always been central to my life, and that foundation continues to shape how I teach: with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each student’s unique experience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all yoga—I believe in meeting you exactly where you are.I completed my yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2015 and have since taught studio classes, retreats, and private sessions across the U.S. and internationally, including the Canary Islands. I currently teach both virtually and in person in South Florida.
