Sylvia Newman is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS She currently teaches for Weber State Universitys Campus Recreation program and at the Yogaloft studio in the Ogden Front Climbing Gym She teaches vinyasa flow and yin classes but is also an experienced teacher of many types of yoga from chair yin and restore yoga to active vinyasa yoga She loves teaching and welcomes new opportunities to teach!.
