I was drawn to yoga when I was in my 20s.
I loved the way it made me feel and the joy and balance it brought to my life. I was fortunate to have a Kripalu Yoga teacher open a studio in my town and, 30 years later, Kripalu Yoga continues to serve as my foundation. In 2023, I became a certified Kripalu teacher and enjoy sharing my love of yoga with beginning students. RYT 200.
