I am an Accessible Yoga instruction so I provide adaptive and modified he asanas focusing on people both young and old with mobility and cognitive challenges, and behavioral as well as mainstream clients for chair yoga and vinyasa.
I am a mobile Yoga practitioner so I come to you whether at your community center, your home, corporate event, school, conference, retreat, senior living center, the local park, beach or your home. What's more I come fully equipped with sanitized mats, blocks, beach mats, even yoga chairs for up to 16 students. I have a driver who is a sound bath practitioner who accompanies me and assists me in setting up your on site yoga studio and clears up afterwards - more importantly she does restorative sound baths during savasana to end the yoga practice in calm s and serenity.
