Certified through a comprehensive 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training that brings a fluid, breath-centered approach to every class, helping students connect to their bodies and minds while building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With additional training in Yin Yoga, I integrate long-held, deep-stretch postures to promote relaxation, release, and healing, creating a well-rounded experience for all levels of practitioners. Teaching style encourages students to flow with intention, honoring their unique bodies and cultivating a deeper awareness of self . Whether guiding students through a heart-pumping Vinyasa flow or offering soothing Yin sequences, I am striving to create a safe, nurturing environment where all can explore their practice with compassion and curiosity. Outside of teaching I am committed to continuing education, staying inspired by the latest in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and mindfulness to offer the best possible experience to my community.
