I teach vinyasa, hot power fusion, and sculpt, with a focus on moving with intention.My classes are challenging but grounded. I care about smart sequencing, clear cues, and helping students build strength in a way that feels sustainable and honest. Breath matters. Pace matters. Learning how to listen to your body matters. I want students to leave class feeling capable and steady.I also work closely with teachers in training, supporting them as they find their voice and confidence as instructors. I believe teaching is about awareness, responsibility, and showing up fully for the people in the room.Whether it’s a strong flow or a sculpt class, my goal is the same every time: to help people feel more connected to themselves and more confident in what their bodies can do, on and off the mat.
