I started my yoga practice in 2005.
And over the next 15 years, I created a safe practice space at home. I never took a class until much later into my journey. It was there that I got that first spark to share my love & passion for yoga. And I wanted to share that love & passion with others. So, in 2020 I signed up to become a Certified Yoga Teacher. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
