Needing to find a little movement and stress relief for my body I discovered yoga while in graduate school I took my first gym yoga class and quickly realized that yoga brought even greater relief to my mind Life was crazy but I went to yoga class every time our schedules aligned That was in Over the years I was consistently inconsistent and then inconsistently consistent in my practice but in I fully embraced yoga for all of the benefits it brings to my life I began to develop my own personal practice Sometimes I dont know which came first the chicken or the egg…my love of yoga began to improve my health or my health needing improvement helped me to embrace yoga as a full part of my life Either way Im here now and have completed a -hour RYT training course My interest in teacher training was fully selfish at the start as I simply wanted to enhance my own practice by learning more about yoga That motivation quickly changed and I now want to share with others the physical and mental health benefits yoga has brought into my life…Increased strength flexibility stability stamina endurance calmness and mindfulness  The mind body connection is at the heart of my practice and teaching I realize that yoga is not a one size fits all practice and that we are all on our individual paths My classes focus on powerful flows for everybody and every body  My joy as a teacher comes from supporting yogis in their own growth satisfaction and evolving yoga journey.
