Born and raised in Venezuela, Tania's journey into yoga began in 2000 when she moved to Miami.
Instantly captivated by the yoga teachings, she explored various teachers and methods until discovering a profound connection with Skanda Yoga. In 2012, she earned her initial 200hr teacher certification, marking the beginning of her career as a yoga instructor. Progressing in her dedication, she completed a second YTT of 300hr, turning her into a 500hr certified yoga instructor. Tania has been actively teaching yoga non-stop since her first YTT, todays she has under her records countless of hours leading group classes, one-on-one private sessions, special events, retreats, and since 2020 her own online yoga studio "yogattitude Online" Tania's passion extends beyond yoga to encompass the art of breathing, meditation, functional movement, travel, embracing new experiences, mindful living, love for animals, and a deep connection with nature—all guided by heartfelt intentions.
