Tanuja is a passionate Yoga teacher and Personal trainer, who is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
After transforming her own body, she was motivated to encourage others to do the same. She has over a decade of experience dealing with clients from all walks of life and has taught in various studios in India and Singapore. During the last 15 years, Tanuja has received numerous certifications in personal fitness arena from American Council on Exercise (ACE), FIT, ACSM and Reebok, among others. In addition, she is also a certified Yoga teacher from Vyasa Singapore where she worked under the guidance of Yoga Guru Manoj Thakur. In her previous assignment in Singapore, she has not only conducted all levels of Hatha, Flow yoga, kids yoga, pre -post natal Yoga, but also trained new yoga teachers. In her last assignment as Senior Yoga Instructor with Vyasa Singapore she conducted workshops on Anatomy & Physiology and taught Practicum for 200ryt teacher training program . She is a Registered 200 E-RYT and YACEP Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Specialties: Personalized personal fitness program for specific needs including weight loss, functional trainings, customized Yoga sessions, group classes for fitness and Yoga including pranayama and meditations Volunteered Yoga at Bedok Sunlove Old Age Home in Singapore and at Hospic center in Singapore through PACE- UWCSEA
