Tanya Hall E-RYT YACEP "My yoga philosophy is simple I believe there is a yoga practice for everyone but no one teacher is going to be the teacher for everyone We experiment with different styles and different instructors until we find our niche We grow and the cycle continues as we find new styles and new teachers Every moment is the guru The mat brings us what we need if we let it Theres a lesson for us in every practice The beauty of yoga is that you are always a beginner You are always learning You "master" a pose and discover a whole other level of it you never knew existed Then start over again Every breath we take brings the possibilty of transformation That is the true gift of the practice And what a beautiful gift that is-to begin anew" Tanya Hall is a registered nurse who has been committed to preventative health care throughout her extensive nursing career Tanya has completed two RYT- trainings The first in Multi-Style yoga began in and was completed following a year long externship in The secondfocusing on Ashtanga yoga was finished with Andrew Eppler in March Tanyas devotion to continue her own yoga education is evident in her classes Tanyas teaching is eclectic She blends many styles and influences Tanya has nearly decades of healthcare experience working with pregnant women and newborns She specializes in yoga for pregnancy/childbirth and is available for private sessions Tanya also is a provider of continuing yoga education credits for instructors Current class offerings available by request Tanya has taught yoga at Seva Yoga Studios in Fort Smith AR Maitri Collaborative Yoga Studios in Fayetteville AR Pachika Yoga/Meditation in Fayetteville and Cardinal Care Yoga in Farmington AR Tanya is currently teaching yoga through various community supported locations throughout NW Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma She also offers private sessions Tanya is registered with Yoga Alliance with the designation E-RYT YACEP.
