Weaving her way through the motions of a never ending circle of being a learning student and teacher she continuously builds on her classes and has lots of depth to her style. For her, vinyasa yoga was love at first taste and she continues to feed the fires of her passion for that particular style and others as she leads students and teacher trainees through the dance and art of yoga.Tara teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga Thursdays at 9:00 am.
