Tara is an advanced yoga and meditation instructor certified through Yoga Alliance and a Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute. As a Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Tara guides her students through deep levels of relaxation to restore mind, body and soul.
