Tara Newhouse is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Tara has been teaching yoga since 2004 and growing her personal practice since 1998. Tara teaches and experiences Yoga and Meditation as a fresh practice every time she comes to the mat. She feels each asana is ripe for a new experience of being and understanding, whether it's the first time or four-hundredth time one works in the posture. Tara believes that each person can be their own best teacher and focuses on guiding students to the inner wisdom inherent in all of us; opening to the trust and guidance that flows from connecting to that eternal state of Being within.
