She is a Certified SUP Yoga Instructor, PaddleFit Pro Coach, Chromatic Yoga Instructor and Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. She believes that every time you step onto your mat (or paddleboard), you have an opportunity for growth, self-discovery, and fun!
