I am also certified in prenatal yoga I am so excited to offer this. It was extremely beneficial to me during both of my pregnancies. I am just getting started on my teaching journey. I have been doing yoga for many years and it has made a huge impact on my life and I wanted to continue this journey by helping others along the way.
